Ok, my friends in Tracy (and others). I entered my photo Balloons Launch in Lincoln Park in a “Summer in Tracy” photo contest on Tracy Island Online. I need you to vote for my photo! The current photo in the lead didn’t follow the rules of the contest so I am hoping to bump it out of the lead. To vote you need to follow these instructions:1.
